5-Step Seasonal Fertilization Program

Early Spring

Treatment is applied to increase root development and turf density. Weed control is also applied to help prevent emerging weeds and kill existing ones. Broadleaf weed control is applied when appropriate.

Late Spring

Slow release fertilizers for controlled color and growth. A second application of pre-emergent crabgrass barrier for prolonged control. Broad leaf weed control and surface feeding insect is applied as needed.

Summer

Balance fertilizer is applied. Broadleaf weed control with surface feeding insect control is applied if necessary.

Early Fall

We fertilize your lawn to increase fall color and help it recover form the summer stress. We will continue to apply weed control if necessary.

Late Fall

Specially blended fertilizers to enhance root development and early spring green-up.
